Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy focuses on helping people of all ages who have physical, mental, or developmental challenges to live their lives to the fullest. It helps them engage in meaningful activities that are necessary for daily living, such as self-care tasks, work, leisure, and social interaction. The goal is to help individuals achieve their maximum potential for independence and participation in daily life activities. To do this, occupational therapists use a variety of approaches and interventions, including physical exercises, environmental modifications, assistive technology, and sensory integration techniques.
